== What we're good at == * Distraction * Hit scan * Sniping. * 3x3
== Things to improve == * Comms - Call out your death. How? Where? Who? - Calling out how many of us are dead. - Calling out reduction in front line. - Calling out where ALL enemies are. - Enemy ult %. - Calling out enemies pulled from front line. - Num enemies on front line. - Our ult %. * Overextending. Be aware. * Need dedicated shot caller per round/game. * Damage output? * Counter attacks? * Focusing!!! Everybody knows who they're shooting first! * Synergistic picks. * Combo potential. * Formations and multiple attack directions. * Baiting abilities and ults. * Surviving lost encounters. * Capitalizing on distractions! * Focusing characters that negate our ults * Not picking counters(better, but need to be faster) * Picking counter, but not switching players * Being out of position or leaving formation * Not picking our best characters.
== Showstoppers == * Losing energy and calls in comms. * Rushing in without group * Going in without a plan. * Not practicing compositions and plans in pub first!!!!

Lets get into the habit of our dps gunning for healer/support/mei right off the bat.
Also I would like to see us trying to burn enemy rein shields faster. By burning his shield down it reduces the enemy teams ability to advance/hold their position.
I have noticed a few maps where it would benefit us more if we move as a group to the point out of the gate. We tend to get distracted and try for that one kill or exchange of fire. The one place where we don't wanna do this is the king of the hill maps where the point is lower then the rest of the map. Here we need to set up along the rim and either push the other team back or work around to the enemy side and put a couple of folks down on the pad to take as we hold high ground.

Each of these things should probably go in their own thread. I've been gone so the state of the group is beyond me until I get a couple games in. Before I left though, team dynamics were gooder. We're countering better. Have some loose plans. We're improving comms, so let's continue that. The 'plans' or 'strats' need to be practiced. We also need to change composition on-the-fly so we have redundant answers to troublesome characters.
