Junkrat tire can heal itself with health packs.
Nano-boost increases speed for everything. You swing hammers faster, Mccree's ultimate locks on faster, ECT.
You can completely block Dva's ultimate with a Winston shield.
Ana's Ejuice can negate a Kenyatta ultimate.
Pharah's ultimate can deal enough damage to kill people even while being ulted by Kenyatta.
A full clip of shooting and Tracer's bomb will kill any tank.
Winston will refill his health when using his Ultimate.
You can hide behind debris to block Reinhardt's ultimate.

overwatch.gamepedia.com/McCree#DeadeyeTo add to the nano-boats thing, the Mccree lock is based on a damage value. This link says it's 170 per second. So waiting one second and firing will net you 170 damage on all targets. Red skull just means accumulated damage meets or exceeds the enemy's health. What's so cool about being damage boosted as a Mccree is your ult will match/exceed enemy health faster. 170 + (170 * .30) per second. If it's possible to Mercy+Ana boost at the same time, squishies should lock near-instantly.

According to the comment, if you drive the tire into a wall until it "stops moving" the sound gets reduced. So you can get it close to them, hump a wall for 5 seconds, then turn the corner and boop!

Reinharts earthshatter and lucio's sound barrier can be delayed with a concussion blast from junkrats mine or pharahs rocket
